So only days away from what would have been Ben’s thirty seventh birthday. I expect soon to give this media attention, we will have some announcement of another possible lead. Someone will come forward after all these years and say, ‘I think I may be Ben Needham.’
I wish people would stop doing this. I have investigated this case since 2003. Originally it seemed possible that Ben may have been ‘taken’ however this has not been the position of late.
I only wish I could have convinced the Home Office (UK) to financially support, an area in the very lane way, where Ben was last seen, to use GPR Ground Penetrating Radar, to search this ‘specific area.’ I find it mind boggling why south Yorkshire police, when they conducted their 2016 search, were only ‘fixated’ upon alleged information received, and therefore never considered the location where Ben was most likely buried, as a result of an accident on 24th July 1991.
